My background in customer service (which started when I was just 14!) has shaped the way I connect — every appointment is more than a service; it’s a genuine experience designed just for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
48-hour Cancellation policy Your appointment is very important to me. I hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 48-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and I may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Here is a general breakdown of cancellation fees: •All appointments require a deposit and any appointments cancelled will lose their deposit if cancelled in less than 24-hours or a ‘NO SHOW’ occurs • Less than 48-hour notice will charged 50% of the service amount for reserved appointment • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount As a courtesy, I will call or text to confirm the date and time at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If I am are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call or text and double check any appointments if you’re unsure. Late/Tardy Policy I will always try my best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, I know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of my day by delaying me for my clients who come in on time. For this reason, I have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period. After that time, I will call/text to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you & still pay full service price. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; I'd rather know as early as possible so I can do my best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of my day! Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. These policies allow me the opportunity to alert my standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing me to provide the best service possible.
